“Regard your soldiers as YOUR OWN BELOVED CHILDREN, and they will follow you into the deepest valleys; look upon them as your own beloved sons, and they will stand by you even unto death.”
-Sun Tzu

We will establish:

Nobody is a bigger fan of our girls than us. They will know it; they’re our favorite players

We see the best in our girls
, their potential, and we love them enough to hold them accountable to it

Respect goes both ways; it’s our responsibility to model respect, buy-in, positivity, professionalism

Team first: ask not what the team can do for you, but what you can do for the team

Prioritizing the human: connections and relationships with those humans is FIRST & foremost every day

Being is becoming: we are constantly self-cultivating to be the best version of ourselves

Discipline is freedom: complete mindfulness in approaching life with purpose and intent

Extreme ownership: we are responsible for ourselves. There is nobody to blame, we are in control

We are entitled to nothing: we get what we work for. The product is a result of the work, always

We are all the way in & invested or not at all. Why be involved in something you don’t love?

We will find a way. No excuses, play like a champion!

Keep the main thing the main thing:
Our Players. The game of basketball. Real bonding occurs in shared effort & hardship toward mutual goals.[1]
