BEHAVIOR SCALE
Our discipline policy for this season will be “Three Strikes and You’re Out.” Each player will have all offenses tracked for the entire season by the coaching staff.
How do you get a strike?
Anytime the discipline status of a player changes, with that player earning a full strike, a parent will receive a phone call
Upon a third strike, the player and his parents will have a chance to appeal to continue on a probationary period or be dismissed from the team.
The coaching staff will keep a detailed record of all infractions
